- Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings (e.g. money, handbags, electronics, clothing)
- Animals (including pets) are not permitted on the premises.
- Registered guide, hearing and assistance animals are welcome.
- Handlers must keep guide, hearing or assistance animals under control at all times.
- Handlers remain responsible for the guide, hearing or assistance animal’s supervision, behaviour, and hygiene.
Please speak to staff if assistance or access support is required.
By entering, you acknowledge that:

- PRV is not liable for any injury to, or caused by, any guide, hearing or assistance animal, to the extent permitted by law.
